first_imgAfter announcing the seventh generation Moto G in Brazil last week, Motorola will be putting the Moto G7 on sale in India from today. The handset, which is supposed to be the latest midrange entry in Motorola’s India lineup, will be put on sale via online and offline channels in the country. The G7 Power is one of four models in the G7 series and focuses on delivering a long battery life. The handset is expected to go on sale from Rs 13,999.The G7 Power offers a big 5000mAh battery and joins the Moto One Power in Motorola’s India lineup to offer Android handsets with long battery life. The G7 Power also gets modern features such as a notched display and a glossy rear body. The handset will compete with popular smartphones from the sub-Rs 15,000 segment in India, such as Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 and Nokia 5.1 Plus.Moto G7 Power specificationsThe Moto G7 Power grabs highlights with its 5000mAh battery. Motorola claims that the G7 Power will be able to deliver up to 60 hours of endurance at a time. Also, the G7 Power gets the 15W TurboPower fast charging as standard. Motorola claims that one can charge the battery for 9 hours of usage within 15 minutes.It sports a 6.2-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution with a notch on top. It also sports a 12-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera and is powered by a Snapdragon 632 chipset. The Indian variant gets 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. As with previous Moto G series phones, the G7 Power will come with a nearly stock Android interface. The ZenFone Max Pro M2 also offers a big 5000mAh battery but comes with a more powerful Snapdragon 660 chipset with at least 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. Samsung’s Galaxy M20 also comes with an equally big 5000mAh battery and offers a more desirable waterdrop notch display and a dual camera setup.
