This faculty team worksclosely with the college’s academic advisors, with faculty in manydepartments; filling a crucial role in equipping first-yearstudents for success. The main organizations within UndergraduateStudent Success are The Program for Mastery of Engineering Studies(PROMES) and the Honors Engineering Program (HEP).
