Warangal: School of Distance Learning and Continuing Education (SDLCE) of the Kakatiya University (KU) is one of the best institutions in the country offering distance mode education, the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) Vice-Chairman Prof R Limbadri said. Limbadri, who visited SDLCE here on Tuesday, said that the SDLCE is on par with the prestigious Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and the Dr B R Ambedkar Open University in imparting quality education besides possessing infrastructural facilities. He also hailed the varsity management for providing distance mode education at a very affordable fee. SDLCE Director Prof Guguloth Veeranna said that they had made admission process easy for those candidates who wanted to pursue their studies in the institute. “We have introduced online admissions besides providing best study material,” Prof Veeranna said. On the occasion, Prof Veeranna felicitated Prof Limbadri.
